A one-way door is the simplest way to get a possum out of a roof without anyone having to handle it. It is a short mesh tunnel with a flap at the far end. The tunnel goes over the gap the possum uses. When the possum goes out at night to feed, it pushes the flap open. The flap falls shut behind it, and the possum has no way to push back in.
